Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high order volumes or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship to the United States.

Free Shipping
Orders $12.00 and up

Standard Shipping
Flat rate $15.00

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Estimated Delivery Time

7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and logistics conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing an order.

Dushu Holdings is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed or appears lost during transit, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
